Our journey began with Defence Bakery, founded by Late Mr.Jagdish Mitra Dhingra and Late Mrs.Gyan Devi Dhingra in Delhi, who poured their heart and soul into creating delicious baked goods that quickly became a local favourite. Today, Mr.Anil Kumar Dhingra, Mrs.Mansi Dhingra and Mr.Praphul Dhingra as 2nd and 3rd generation owners, proudly carry forward this rich legacy. With background as engineers, we've brought a blend of traditional artistry and modern efficiency to our operations, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and taste.
